Plaintiffs, two computer-equipment leasing companies (jointly "El Camino"), entered into agreements with and were defrauded out of millions of dollars by Cyberco Holdings, Inc. ("Cyberco"). Cyberco's bank, Defendant Huntington National Bank ("Huntington"), accepted funds for deposit that Cyberco fraudulently obtained from Plaintiffs. El Camino sued Huntington for conversion, aiding...
