Plaintiff Cogent Solutions Group, LLC ("Cogent") brought suit against Defendant Hyalogic, LLC ("Hyalogic"), alleging that Hyalogic was disseminating false information regarding Cogent's product Baxyl, an "oral, liquid HA supplement that is sold into the human natural products market."
