Thomas Tessier and his brother Michael Tessier allegedly bilked brothers Frederick and Thaddeus Jakobiec and the estate of their mother, Beatrice Jakobiec, out of millions of dollars.1 This lawsuit is about only one facet of the Tessiers' overall scheme, their theft of almost $100,000 in life insurance proceeds due to a trust benefitting Thaddeus.
