Jason Reynolds was the chief financial officer of the National City Christian Church in Washington, D.C. (The church is operated in part through a National City Christian Church Foundation, but for our purposes the two appear interchangeable and we will refer only to the church.) In that capacity he swindled the church out of more than $850,000, much of it through arranging an increase in the church's line of credit at Adams National...
