This appeal arises out of a maritime accident in which a vessel owned by Bertucci Contracting Co. hit the Leo Kerner bridge in Louisiana. Appellants are residents of an affected community arguing that they suffered damages as a result of the accident. The district court dismissed Appellants' claims, holding that recovery was barred by circuit precedent. We affirm.
