In this False Claims Act ("FCA"), 31 U.S.C. §§ 3729-3733, retaliation action, Plaintiff-Appellant Dennis Glynn ("Glynn") argues that Defendant-Appellee Impact Science & Technology ("IST") and its parent company, EDO Corporation, fired Glynn because he reported IST to the government for what he believed to be fraudulent conduct.
