Pamela Matthews appeals the district court's judgment and its order denying her motion for reconsideration, asserting that both the bankruptcy and district courts clearly erred in permitting Educational Credit Management Corporation (ECMC) to intervene in Matthews's adversary proceeding against the consolidated lender of her student loan, Sallie Mae.
