On March 13, 2006, the Drug Enforcement Administration ("DEA") interviewed Gregory Bennett in connection with a series of transactions involving marijuana, MDMA (commonly known as "ecstasy"), and crack cocaine. In an attempt to induce complete truthfulness, the government, prior to the interview, agreed not to use Bennett's statements against him, provided that Bennett promised not to later take a position inconsistent with his interview statements...
