Roger Wilson appeals from an order modifying the conditions of his supervised release to require that he undergo a mental health assessment and, if necessary, participate in an approved mental health treatment program. This case requires us to decide whether Wilson's waiver of appeal bars his appeal of an order modifying the terms and conditions of supervised release. We conclude that it does not and, therefore...
