Mark Allen Skoda was convicted of conspiring to manufacture 500 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841 and 846. The district court1 sentenced him to 292 months' imprisonment. Skoda appeals his conviction.
