Elena Smykiene asks us to set aside the order of the Board of Immigration Appeals affirming an immigration judge's order that she be removed to Lithuania, and the Board's subsequent order denying her petition to reconsider its previous one. (We won't have to discuss the second petition, which challenges the denial of reconsideration and which we hereby dismiss as moot.) Her petition for review presents questions concerning orders of removal...
