She was placed into removal proceedings and filed applications for asylum, withholding of removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture ("CAT"). An immigration judge ("IJ") denied Guaman-Loja's applications for relief, and the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") subsequently dismissed...
