Accent Packaging, Inc. ("Accent") appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment to Leggett & Platt, Inc. ("Leggett") of noninfringement of claims 1-5 of U.S. Patent No. 7,373,877 ("'877 patent") and of claims 1, 3, 4, 7, and 10-14 of U.S. Patent No. 7,412,992 ("'992 patent").
