In this insurance coverage dispute, BSI Constructors, Inc., initiated action against Hartford Fire Insurance Company, alleging breach of contract and vexatious refusal to pay claims under Missouri law. Hartford moved for summary judgment. Determining Hartford's policy excluded coverage under present circumstances, the district court1 granted Hartford's motion. BSI appeals from this adverse judgment, and we affirm....
