This appeal arises out of an order by the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA" or "Board") that upheld an immigration judge's ("IJ") ruling denying Mr. Fousseyni Kalle asylum and withholding of removal. Kalle sought relief derivatively through his wife, Mrs. Djelika Camara. Although her asylum application was statutorily barred, she was granted withholding of removal.
