After a jury trial, Darryl Tavares and Eddie Jones were both convicted under 18 U.S.C. § 371 of conspiracy to knowingly transport an individual in interstate commerce with the intent that such individual engage in prostitution, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2421 (Count One).
