Dennis Siegel brought this action for judicial review after Connecticut General Life Insurance Company terminated his disability benefits in 2007. The district court1 denied discovery and granted judgment to Connecticut General after concluding that it had not abused its discretion in terminating Siegel's benefits. Siegel appeals, and we affirm.
