Jeffrey Grimes appeals his conviction and sentence for nineteen counts based on stalking and his use of the mails and telephone for threatening and harassing communications. Grimes contends that the district court erred in several of its rulings, including the court's denials of his motions to dismiss based on the Speedy Trial Act ("STA") and based on multiplicity.
