Illini Concrete, Inc., formally ceased doing business in October 2009 and sold certain of its assets, including delivery trucks, to Kienstra Precast, LLC. According to the complaint filed against Kienstra by the International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local Union No. 50 ("Local") — which represents concrete mixer drivers and others employed by Illini Concrete and then by Kienstra — Kienstra proceeded to lay off fourteen employees...
