In this appeal, Jacqueline, Tamatha, and Jimmy Hilton (collectively, the defendants) challenge their convictions on charges involving a scheme to defraud The Woodsmiths Company (Woodsmiths, or the company), a small North Carolina furniture manufacturer that was Tamatha Hilton's employer.
