Anthony Jones was indicted on one count of possessing five or more grams of cocaine base, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). After his motion to suppress evidence was denied, he entered a conditional plea of guilty. See Fed.R.Crim.P. 11(a)(2). Mr. Jones was sentenced to 180 months' imprisonment.1 He now timely appeals the denial of his suppression motion...
