Joseph and Janet Coyer, pro se Michigan residents, appeal a district court order dismissing their civil complaint.

In 2005, the Coyers entered into a mortgage agreement with Option One Mortgage Corporation (Option One) for the purchase of property located in Linwood, Michigan.
