Defendant Lavelle Parks appeals his sentence for armed bank robbery resulting in death, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(e). A prior panel of this court affirmed Parks's conviction but remanded the case to the district court to determine the correct mandatory minimum sentence under the statute.
