After entering this country illegally in 2001, Ping Zheng ("Zheng") was found removable by an immigration judge ("IJ") in 2004. The Board of Immigration Appeals (the "Board") affirmed, and this court denied Zheng's petition for review. Zheng v. Gonzales, 189 Fed.Appx. 564 (7th Cir.2006).
