Plaintiff, Kalee DeAtley (DeAtley), appeals the district court's1 order granting Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company's (Mutual) motion for summary judgment and denying DeAtley's motion for summary judgment on DeAtley's breach of contract claim for Mutual's denial of coverage under an insurance policy. We affirm.
