Appellant Anthony Rabbia was indicted in federal district court on two counts of being a felon in possession of firearms and ammunition in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). Rabbia moved to suppress the ammunition, as well as inculpatory statements he made in connection with his arrest. After an evidentiary hearing, the district court denied the motion.
