HOWARD, Circuit Judge.

Muhammad Saleem Sheikh, a native and citizen of Pakistan, seeks review of a final order of removal issued by the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA"). The order came after the BIA dismissed Sheikh's appeal of an immigration judge's ("IJ") denial of a continuance in his removal proceedings.1 We deny the petition.
