After an airplane was damaged in a runway accident, Appellant United States Aviation Underwriters, Inc. ("USAU") indemnified the owner of the aircraft and brought a subrogation claim against Appellees Nabtesco Corporation and Nabtesco Aerospace, Inc. ("Nabtesco").
