BAUER, Circuit Judge.

A jury found Tavis D. Doyle guilty of distributing a controlled substance that resulted in death. Doyle appeals his conviction, challenging the admission of a medical examiner's findings form without the opportunity to cross-examine the author of that form. We affirm.
