The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (Authority) appeals the District Court's summary judgment, which orders the Authority to make modifications to its Grove Street Station to bring it into compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, Pub.L. No. 101-336, 104 Stat. 378 (codified as amended at 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101-12213). We will vacate this judgment and remand the case for...
