Before the court is the appeal of Plaintiff-Appellant Texas Keystone, Incorporated ("Texas Keystone") from the district court's grant of a motion to quash certain discovery subpoenas. Texas Keystone argues that the district court erred by granting the motion before Texas Keystone had an opportunity to respond in opposition and by not providing any reasons on the record for its decision.
