This appeal is back before us after our prior opinion in this case, United States v. Pablo, 625 F.3d 1285 (10th Cir.2010), was vacated by the Supreme Court on June 29, 2012. The Supreme Court granted defendant-appellant Jonathan Pablo's petition for writ of certiorari; vacated our 2010 judgment; and remanded the case to us "for further consideration in light of Williams v.
