("PPG"), and Defendant-Appellee the PPG Industries Employee Savings Plan (the "Plan") (collectively, "Defendants") under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act ("ERISA") to recover Plan benefits allegedly due him after Foster's ex-wife fraudulently withdrew Foster's entire Plan account balance.
