On January 4, 2010, an Immigration Judge (IJ) denied petitioner Olena Rebenko's1 application for asylum, withholding of removal, and withholding under the Convention Against Torture (CAT). The Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) affirmed this denial on September 8, 2011. Rebenko timely petitions for review of the BIA's decision. We deny the petition.
