B. FLETCHER, Circuit Judge:

Defendant-Appellant Adan Pineda-Doval ("Pineda-Doval") appeals the district court's imposition of ten concurrent life sentences for his convictions for ten counts of transportation of illegal aliens resulting in their deaths. See 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(1)(A)(ii), (a)(1)(B)(iv). In the prior appeal, we affirmed Pineda-Doval's convictions but remanded for resentencing. On remand, the district court reimposed the...
