A jury convicted Milo Vareen Davis of (1) conspiring to distribute cocaine base (crack) and cocaine in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, from 1997 to 2006, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(A), (b)(1)(B), 846 and 851; and (2) money laundering, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1956(a)(1)(B)(i) and 2.
