Appellant Rambus Inc. ("Rambus") appeals a final decision of the United States Patent and Trademark Office ("PTO") Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences ("Board") in a reexamination in which claim 18 of Rambus's U.S. Patent No. 6,034,918 ("'918 Patent") was found invalid as anticipated. Because substantial evidence supports the PTO's determination that claim 18, as correctly construed reads on the "memory module" in the prior art iAPX 432...
