The defendant-appellant appeals his 170-month prison sentence and life term of supervised relief following a guilty plea to the receipt of child pornography, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(2) and (b)(1). Although the defendant's sentence falls within the appropriate range of the United States Sentencing Guidelines Manual ("Guideline") for the crime charged, he contends that his sentence was both procedurally and substantively unreasonable...
