This is an immigration case involving Odulene Dormescar, a native and citizen of Haiti. An immigration judge ordered him removed because he had been convicted of an aggravated felony. The Board of Immigration Appeals dismissed his appeal of that order. He has petitioned this Court for review. His petition potentially presents three issues.
