BYBEE, Circuit Judge:

Jose Flores-Mejia, an alien, was convicted of robbery under California Penal Code § 211 in 1994 and again in 1996. In March 2009, he was deported to Mexico and then arrested in September 2010 after he illegally reentered the United States. He pleaded guilty to a charge of unlawful reentry under 8 U.S.C. § 1326(a). The Presentence Report recommended a 16-level enhancement...
