Defendant United Joint Venture appeals an order entered pursuant to motions for orders of garnishment filed by Plaintiffs Bret and Rebecca Lewis ("the Lewises"). The Lewises obtained a judgment in the Western District of Michigan and sought to enforce it in the Northern District of Ohio pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1963. The court rejected Defendant's request to set off judgments obtained by the Lewises and two other individuals...
