PER CURIAM:

This case returns to us following the March 28, 2012 decision of the Supreme Court. Vartelas v. Holder, ___ U.S. ___, 132 S.Ct. 1479, 182 L.Ed.2d 473 (2012). For the reasons that follow, we remand the cause to the Board of Immigration Appeals for consideration in light of the Supreme Court decision.
