Kevin E. Byes applied for disability insurance benefits and supplemental security income on July 30, 2007, claiming disability since November 2005. An Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) upheld the Commissioner's denial of benefits. The district court1 agreed. Having jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291, this court affirms.
