SMITH, Circuit Judge.

A jury convicted Vernon Wilson of four counts of deprivation of rights, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 242, and two counts of making false statements, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1001. The district court1 sentenced Wilson to 120 months' imprisonment on each of the § 242 counts, and 60 months' imprisonment on each of the § 1001 counts, with all terms to be served concurrently.
