In this diversity action involving Minnesota's Whistleblower Act, Minn.Stat. § 181.932, Ann Hilt appeals the district court's1 grant of summary judgment in favor of her employer, St. Jude Medical S.C., Inc. Because Hilt has failed to create a genuine issue of material fact, we affirm.
