HARDIMAN, Circuit Judge.

David and Megan Mulholland appeal the District Court's dismissal of their complaint for failure to comply with New Jersey's affidavit-of-merit statute. See N.J. Stat. Ann. §§ 2A:53A-26 to -29. We will affirm.
