This case involves a wire transfer from the plaintiff's bank account to the defendant's wife. The plaintiff claimed that the defendant, a former employee of the plaintiff, initiated the transfer unlawfully. But the defendant moved for summary judgment, offering evidence of another explanation for the transfer.
