WOLLMAN, Circuit Judge.
Grinnell Mutual Reinsurance Company (Grinnell) appeals the district court's order granting summary judgment to Roger Schwieger and Amy Streit, d/b/a Schwieger Livestock (Schwieger), and Bernell Voss, on Grinnell's declaratory judgment claim concerning coverage under a liability insurance policy.
