The American company, Plaintiff-Appellant OneBeacon America Insurance Company ("OneBeacon"), claims that the Canadian company, Defendant-Appellee Aviva Insurance Company of Canada ("Aviva"), is obligated to reinsure OneBeacon for policies OneBeacon issued to certain entities in the early 1980s.
