JORDAN, Circuit Judge.

A jury found Craig Claxton guilty of conspiring to possess cocaine with the intent to distribute, but the District Court of the Virgin Islands of the United States entered a judgment of acquittal in Claxton's favor on the ground that there was not enough evidence for "a reasonable jur[y] to conclude ... that ... Claxton knowingly participated in th[e] conspiracy." (Joint App. at 6.) The government appeals that...
